How to make the CDS dilution?
To make a CDS solution, it is recommended to use distilled water, reversed osmosis water, or mineral water. Fill our vortex bottle with water up to the handle and place it on a stirrer.
Add a stirrer bar and let it spin for at least 30 minutes. Afterward, stop the stirrer and transfer the water to a brown glass bottle. Allow it to cool in the fridge.
Once the water reaches 4 degrees Celsius, add the needed amount of CDS ( see protocols 3 till -30 ml ) to 0.8-liter bottle (or a maximum of 1 liter). Shake the bottle to ensure proper mixing.Use only a brown bottle, to keep the diluted CDS, use it within 24 hours.
To consume the CDS solution, take 100 ml of the mixture on an empty stomach. Avoid consuming food, sugar, medications, vitamins, supplements, sweet drinks, alcohol, beer, coffee, or tea along with the CDS solution. Only drink water with the solution.
